RICK ROSS REPORTEDLY TARGETED IN DRIVE BY SHOOTING

As reported on MTV...News outlets in Florida are reporting that Rick Ross may have been the target of a drive-by shooting early this morning in Fort Lauderdale. MTV News is currently reaching out to local police and Ross' camp, but eye witnesses are placing the rapper at the scene of a car crash.According to NBC Miami, police officials say that an unknown vehicle fired multiple shots at a Rolls Royce that Ross was traveling in, near Southeast 15th Avenue and E. Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, while the rapper was in the car with a female. When Rozay’s car tried to avoid the shots it crashed into a residential building at 311 Southeast 15th Avenue. Neither of the two people in the car was injured. According to a local business owner, Ross recently bought a home in the area.No other details are known at the time as police are still investigating the scene and searching for the shooter. Andre 3000 Apologizes to Big Boi on T.I.’s “Sorry”

It has been long speculated that the reason there has not been an Outkast album in years is because Andre 3000 did not want to go on tour and was busy earning his SAG card. Validation of these rumors may have come from Andre Three Stacks’ own mouth. In a guest verse on “Sorry” for T.I’s “Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head” album Andre spits: “Say hey I’m sorry for begging for all them clothes you couldn’t afford/ And this the type of Isht that’ll make you call your rap partner/ And say I’m sorry I’m awkward/ My fault for f**kin’ up the tours.”
For the record Big Boi accepted the apology. Let’s hope Andre addressed this face to face with Daddy Fat Staks. Check out the footage below from T.I.’s listening session.

Rap is a young man's game. Hip-hop has always been consumed and created by young people. It's that youthful exuberance that leads the culture into exciting new directions. To put things in perspective, consider the fact that 2Pac was killed at 25 and Biggie at 24, Nas wrote Illmatic before he was old enough to order a drink, and Lil Wayne coined terms like "bling" and "drop it like it's hot" while still in his teens.

Sure, as hip-hop has gotten more established, some of its biggest stars (read: Young Hov) are still making hits by age 40. But at Complex we're forever in search of the next wave, that new sound coming from young upstarts. So it was only right that we put together this list of The 25 Best Rappers 25 And Under.

They range from Billboard chart-toppers to Internet sensations, but all have that special x-factor that tells us they're going to be in the game for the long haul. While a few of today's best young rappers narrowly missed the cut (J. Cole, Wale, and Waka Flocka are all over 25 now), this list represents the best and brightest rappers the genre has to offer.

View Video >>View Photos >>BREAKING NEWS: Chris Brown Injured In Bar Fight With Drake's Entourage [Updated with Photos] Chris Brown sustained a nasty gash on his chin -- apparently a wound from a bottle attack -- after his entourage allegedly clashed with Drake's crew in a NYC nightclub brawl. TMZ has confirmed with the NYPD that the two singers' crews got into a fight at WIP nightclub -- 5 people were injured in the melee. NYPD arrived on the scene after receiving a call between 4 and 5am. Chris and Drake were not present when cops arrived.We're told there were no critical injuries ... just bumps, bruises and lacerations. No arrests were made.After the fight, Brown tweeted a photo of his injury ... along with the message, "How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol... Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!." The photo and the message have since been removed from Brown's Twitter page. There are reports the two started throwing blows (and bottles!) over Chris' ex girlfriend, Rihanna, who Drake is rumored to have hooked up with. A few hours before the brawl, TMZ shot footage of Drake leaving the London hotel ... surrounded by some diesel-sized hired muscle. No word if they were involved in the bar fight, but wow ... that would be scary. A picture of Chris Brown's Transformers-themed SUV taken after the fight has surfaced -- with what appears to be blood splattered on the back.
